Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alenalove.com (the "Site") and any custom clip order you place through it. The Site is operated by Alena Loves ("we," "us," "our"), a Canadian-based custom content business. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a custom order, browse the Shoot Schedule, or join our mailing list. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older. All content offered through the Site is PG-13 creative fetish/taboo themed — no explicit sexual content or nudity is produced or sold here.

3. How a custom order works

Submitting the Order a Custom form is a request, not a purchase — no payment is taken at that step. Every request is reviewed personally. If we can make it, we'll follow up with a final price and, once you accept it, a secure payment link. Your order only enters the filming queue after that payment is received. We may decline any request at our discretion, including requests we feel don't fit our brand, aren't feasible, or conflict with the content guidelines below.

Shoot dates and delivery estimates shown anywhere on the Site (including the Check Status page) are our best estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. We'll reach out if a delay comes up.

4. Content guidelines

We do not produce content that: depicts or references anyone under 18; involves a real, identifiable person without their knowledge or consent; is explicit, sexually graphic, or pornographic; or otherwise violates the law or the policies of our hosting, payment, or platform providers. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that falls into these categories, with a full refund of any payment already made for that order.

5. Licensing — what you get

When we deliver your finished clip, you receive a personal license to view and keep it. We retain ownership and copyright of the content we produce. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or otherwise share the clip commercially.

6. Cancellations & refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms — the short version is that cancelling before payment costs nothing, and refund terms change once an order is paid for and filming is scheduled.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a custom order. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
